Camp Response is camp software that allows you to store up to 20 emergency contact numbers that you may need to retrieve in emergency or non-emergency situation. Contact names and numbers are easily customized and updated in this camp software.

When an emergency situation occurs, we can often overlook the most simplest of details. This is why Camp Response stores all your camp information in one convenient location. Important camp details like phone numbers, addresses and directions for emergency personnel are just a click away from someone that may be on the phone with emergency personnel.
Camp Notes Feature
The Camp Notes Feature allows you to quickly document anything that happens at camp that you may need to refer to in the future. At the click of a button you can enter and save a note in Camp Response software. Notes are saved by category and date allowing for easy reference and printing at anytime.
Record an Incident Wizard
This wizard has been set-up to make incident reporting thorough, yet fast and easy. In about 5 minutes you will have a complete incident report on file. Don’t have time to finish the wizard? No problem, Camp Response will remind you to complete the wizard at a later date.
Investigate an Incident Wizard
Understanding why an incident has occurred at your camp is the first set towards preventing further incidents. In about 5 minutes, the Investigation wizard will allow you to conduct a formal investigate of any incident in this summer camp software.
On Demand Incident Analysis and Reporting
Camp Response can produce reports based on the data you have entered in the Incident and Investigation Wizards. These report will help you to understand any trends and patterns. Many of the report are comprise of visual components such as colour charts and graphs, making them excellent additions to staff meetings and year end reports.
Reminders
Camp Response has a mind of it’s own! You will be reminded of Incomplete Incident Reports, as well as Incidents that need to be investigated. You can also have Camp Response remind you about Camp Notes that need to be reviewed and followed up from anyway from 1 minute to 1 hour to even1 year.
Security
Depending on your camp situation, the data stored in Camp Response may be classified. The software allows an administrator to set the level of security you require to protect your data.
Installation
Camp Response software can be installed on a single computer or on a network of up to 25 computers.
